Umbrella Companies?

I'm doing a bit of contracting for a few months before I go off travelling to Asutralia.
I can't really see the point in setting everything up for my own company and thought using an umbrella company would be best?

Can anyone advise any good ones? or Ones to steer clear of?

Also is this the best route? Or should I do the task of setting myself up?
