I am in a similar situation and would gladly exchange notes....I have Hamilton's cell phone but of course he never answers - nor does the "24/7" hotline work.

hi just found this thread while looking for others that have been stung by this crowd. I've been in touch with the FSA, even though they are not registered with them..any one else taken any action so far..any point taking legal action. I dont believe for a minute that they will pay up its just excuse after excuse..i'd like to hear from anyone else who is interested in taking this further.

Just found this thread. I have 10k with them approx. Keep getting told there have been verification delays or something. Any advise?

A couple of years ago 10k would have bought say 1000 carbon credits.

With a recent valuation of 7p, 10k would now buy 143000 credits.

I would suspect the price collapse has something to do with certain persons being evasive.

Consider the money lost, and keep fingers crossed.

Am In a similar position and forming an action group if anyone is interested in joining? Others have been paid out , and the stimulus appears to be a meaningful threat, ie going to expose via media in some from. Collective approach may be the answer,? I too have over 10k to be returned and the April Salumei too...a real worry. If your re interested in joining forces let me know? Not familiar with this site so unsure what access email to offer so perhaps register your interest here and I will fin a route? Am a retired nurse, so these are my savings.

Further to my previous blog, we have established a group of over 100 EK and IRE investors with our own website. The situation in Dubai appears to be improving now that a block on movement of funds has been lifted and IRE have just installed new IT systems, but our group are continuing to monitor the situation through regular discussions with IRE and EK as well as conference calling. Further to my bulletin yesterday, investors are reporting that they are now receiving emails and download docs from IRE, as promised by Hamilton during a recent conference call, whose server has been down for a couple of days following upgrade of their IT system.
