Can an Adwords management company do this

Run a basic campaign for agreed terms and minimal changes whilst we run a campaign ourselves for quick promotions and stuff too complicated to explain to the management company.

In the past my main issue with farming out adwords was the speed of change as such this may suit us more.

I haven't asked our webby yet as I prefer to have a little pre knowledge

Our spend is circa £70k inc shopping and I want to reduce this which I think a pro management company could do.

Too complicated to explain? really? Do you not discuss in the office? Or will your heads explode?

Google DFP will allow them to setup ad campaigns, and then you create your own to be higher up the priority list, with reporting too.

The "too complicated to explain" to an adwords management company is more speed and links to new or short term pages on the site for specific promos. In my experience of three companies the top man farms it out to a trainee and the trainee just wants to do the basics and play with it once a week or am I doing the entire industry a disservice? for iirc 10% of spend / £500 a month I wouldn't really expect much more.
