I have an established business that needs a combined business insurance policy however its a slightly uncommon type compared to plumbers or builders, etc. I would be grateful for any recommendations for any specialist insurance companies or brokers that cater for unusual businesses or risks.

Thanks in advance

We fit treehouses and climbing frames and zip wires which is relatively unusual. I'll you PM our insurance guy's details if you like?

What cover are you after?

I can suggest a commercial broker for professional indemnity if needed.

I'd suggest BC Underwriting (www.bennettchristmas.com 01444 238379, Tom Stripp is the Managing Director).

My BIL is a sales exec for Towergate, he tailored my Public £10,000,000 and Personal £2,000,000 and Contents insurance on my vans to suit exactly what I needed including good in transit I'm also covered on and off site to.

My vans carry well over 50k of machines in them so I need good insurance cover, my premium although some may think is a tad expensive gives me piece of mind all in from memory is £180 per month.

If you want his number pm me and i'll send it over.
