Salesforce / CRM - training?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get some training on Salesforce?

Need to get about six people to understand and embrace it.

We thought we'd be able to arrange through Salesforce themselves but failing to make contact.

Looks like a useful tool but need to understand what it can do so we can see the full potential.

Grateful for any suggestions.

So you've bought Salesforce but they won't provide training?

Not quite.

Our US owners have bought it but don't seem to want to use it themselves.

I can see that it looks like quite a powerful tool but I'd like someone to show us round it.

I'd like to sort that out without involving my US colleagues.

We have just brought in to our place. Sales team and admin teams using it now. Its pushed production back 3 weeks. But being owned by Swiss and run by Germans its never an easy task esp when they let the largest unit go live first instead of using some smaller offices to let it bed in

We've also been given Sales Force CRM as a tool to use.. No training, luckily for me its just project entry details.

It does seem a little cumbersome to use, isnt there a training / userguide in the SW?

Theres some Iphone apps too, salesforce1 and salesforce classic which are pretty intuitive.
