My little eBay adventure has started to gather momentum!

All items currently being sent via royal mail as large letters and I'm buying stamps at an alarming rate!

What are my options on the postage front; looked at drop and go but still need to complete a manifesto form by hand, online printing from eBay via royal mail is too slow imo....

Small parcels could be an option too as there is potential if the postage cost could be reduced.

So far royal mail have enjoyed 100% delivery rates, except for not collecting from my local postbox for 4 days in a row!

Drop & Go doesn't need a manifesto, but pretty much anything else will, and IME there isn't much saving to be made at that level.

up your sales a bit and you could get a Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA)

Drop & Go does need a manifesto... I use it and you have to fill out a form with the item details.

OP. What do you sell on eBay? Do you use any inventory control software like Linnworks or do you process manually via eBay? Do you sell anywhere else?

Some softwares can collate and print a manifesto for you, or can print out Royal Mail pre paid labels etc.

You could make a computer template of the Drop & Go Manifesto and type the details in when you process the order and print it each day? Marginally easier than writing it by hand.

That's odd, I just take my bits to the post office and they deal with it, only fill out a manifesto for OBA.

Drop and go needs a manifesto at my local post office, even printing one off isn't time effective IMO.

Currently I'm selling selected healthcare lines for embarrassing conditions-currently ebay only (expensive but I have a target audience ready to tap their phone and its done), I have only 7 lines listed at the moment so using selling manager to print off an invoice which doubles as a picking list-quick and easy even when I expand the lines, manual stock control.

What is the selling quota to become eligible for OBA? Are there any discounts?

What about my Hermes? It will log in to your eBay account, collect all address data of new orders and print off labels. All you have to say is weight. You can than pay through PayPal and drop off parces at your local co op.
