Which VOIP Service?

I'm starting a new business working from home and want to add a VOIP phone that I can easily setup to have different voicemail messages (time of day, weekend, in a meeting etc), easy to transfer to my mobile (or it just calls me via an app like Skype), can be used easily when out of the UK. Is Skype the solution or is there something else I should be looking at? I want to use a geographic number for my area.

I have Vonage at home, only because I've used them before and I never have to call them to find out what's gone wrong

seconded - the owner used to be regularly on UKBF - honest, helpful, we had no issues over many years of use...
not currently using them as we have no need, but may go back to them

Will do all you need and more plus it handles your analogue line

Excellent cheap and reliable. We have been with them a couple of years and only had 1 major outage which lasted about 3 hours ish.
