Hi all, looking for some advice please. I am presently setting up a Medical Service (one man GP visiting service) and need to organise a secure recorded line (patients will call on a dedicated mobile phone) to store patients initial contact (usually a brief medical triage) obviously needs to be secure and be held for I think 15 years. Any pointers gratefully received!

Retell device - if they calling a mobile you need a smartphone recorder, if a desk phone it's a 157 adapter and lite software
Sites in my profile - other sources available ;-)

thanks, looks good, the retell device would mean I can keep all calls on my lap top (very secure location) so I can always be in real control. Need to have a play with a device to see how it will work.

Not sure if its exactly what you are after but on android you can get for free an app called ACR. It saves the phone call to a destination of your choice and I just have it save to my dropbox.

O/p free apps and dropbox are not secure methods of storing sensitive patient info.

I've said what's needed, it's what is used for that application - not many other options for a mobile with storage.
