Can anyone recommend a business mobile phone provider for a small/medium sized business?
We are currently on Vodafone via a reseller and it's the reseller who I have an issue with.
Can anyone recommend an alternative reseller that provides a good service?
Why are you using a reseller? Why not go straight the the network? We're on EE here.We are currently on Vodafone via a reseller and it's the reseller who I have an issue with.

Send me a pm with the issues if you don't want to post publicly. We are currently on Vodafone via a reseller and it's the reseller who I have an issue with.

How many connections on the account?
AS long as you pcik a good reseller you'll always get better service than going direct i.e. no call centres and rules to follow, account managers that get to know you personally etc. Most of the time you'll get a better deal to. For business, I would only contract direct for single connections maybe a pair at most.

we have approx 40 connections, we deal with Vodafone via a reseller, but it takes too long to do anything and I'm not really happy with their service.
We are in contract, but I might just open a new account under a different company with a new reseller with some new connections and then gradually move connections over.
Would appreciate your recommendations.

I would put money on it that a high street retailer didn't have a better deal than a B2B provider.
