Website visitor tracking tools

[hab1966]

I'd be grateful if anybody using website visitor tracking tools could offer advice/recommendations as to tools to consider/use? Costs? How is the data made available to you?

Also, how detailed is the data presented to you about your visitor? Is it name of visitor or just the name of the company behind the IP address for the visit?

Thanks.

Tells you company name for ip if registered.
Records the visit so you can see how the visitor progressed through the site.

Quite cheap about £6 a month.

I've used statcounter in the past, but these days solely use google analytics which provides plenty of data.
