No way to tell.
Here is all the information I can tell you:

Set up a year ago with no filed accounts so effectively brand new
One director based in Switzerland with no other UK companies past or present
Owned by Finapo Ltd who are a dormant company (I.e non-trading with no money - just an off the shelf company name)
The main director of Finaro (who is not a director of your company any more but used to be) has approximately 50 other similar companies - all fairly new and none with any actual value. All dormant or newish with no accounts.

SO really you can't tell anything about that whatsoever. It could be completely dodgy and the owner a borderline crook who is commencing mass fraud, or they could be very wealthy people who have ploughed loads of money into your company but it just isn't showing because they haven't filed accounts.

Certainly not a company I would throw large amounts of credit at though. Very easy to walk away and close down without paying anyone.

Had a little look at the directors and associated companies and their directors of these companies. In my opinion I would not be giving credit or lending money to them. If it's work they want you to do get paid in full up front

That's not entirely accurate - accounts have been filed showing the company is dormant and there is £1000 case at hand/in bank.

Forgive me but I have looked a little deeper than just the two companies mentioned. I have looked at the shareholders and their other companies and directors and none of them in my view give me a safe feeling.
