I've used these http://www.butterworthsplating.co.uk/Home to do so some bespoke work both annodising and copper over nickel for customers. Results were very good and the people were very knowledgeable. They do have some limitations on the overall size of parts for some processes.

I used to run my own powder coating shop.

If you're looking to coat some of your company's lighting parts do consider that wet spraying offers a more aesthetic finish compared to powder!
