Working & Pricing Jobs In London
Discussion
I'm pricing a job for a client in London, I know the CA and I've designed the system for the client so we hopefully stand a decent chance of winning it and I don't want to mess the pricing up.
I've priced the job as if it was on my doorstep, but I'm not sure on the logistics and costs involved as we've never worked in London before.
This is in W1 and it's a small residential job, I think it'll be about 1 week to first fix and 1 week to second fix (guesstimates) with maybe a couple of visits in between + a visit for myself to commission.
There is no parking, so am I best sending the guys up there on the train every day? Or local hotel for the week?
I assume I should be charging more per hour for London as well, any idea on the going rate for a electrical work?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
