Cost of cafe fitout
Discussion
Obviously a very broad subject but I'm looking for a broad figure and whether anybody has any experience in this sector.
How much should I budget for a very simple cafe fit out.
I have found one property fully fitted with a lease premium of £90k as fully fitted.
Looking for very General advice here as currently building the business model and not much information out there I can find.
Thanks!

Hi,
This isn't possible to answer, not even a ballpark figure either. Size of the space that needs fitting out, what you want to fit it out with, quality levels, quantities etc etc.
No matter what, it'll be in the 'thousands'.
I suggest you look for various specialists and have them give you quotes and then compare.
Cheers, Dennis!

My mrs works as a project coordinator for them. They do projects all over the country with clients from Nike, Microsoft, Screwfix etc down to small local businesses. She was recently involved with the Rolls Royce "unveiling" and "trim" rooms if anyone has been there.
Let me know if your interested and I'll get you to deal with her. That way she gets some brownie points not that she needs them currently.
