Mobile Phone contracts for business (12 numbers)

We are a UK business (London based) with about 12 mobile numbers covering smart phones (iPhones and BlackBerry's) and a couple of iPads with just data usage. We have everything on one single account. We have been with Vodafone since the mid 1990's but our contract is coming up for renewal. Our monthly spend is about £500 + VAT. Two of our numbers spend a lot of time in Spain and one other number incurs a lot of UK calls to Spain.

We don't need new hardware but we are looking for a competitive renewal contract that will provide sensible call and data costs (some savings if possible) and good back up support when needed (we have an account manager at Vodafone). Our last two year contract with Vodafone had a £5,000 hardware fund which we were able to use to buy handsets when needed.

My biggest criticism of Vodafone is the overseas call and data costs. If we go with 3 then these seem to be included for most European Countries.

Does anyone have any suggestions of people to talk to or options to consider?

There will be some price reductions industry wide come April, just over 12 months after that euro roaming will be abolished too so long term your costs will drop whatever you do. It might be worth asking your account manager about red value or business premier tariffs that offer inclusive calls in Europe back to the UK too! If you need any advice pop me a pm
