Bit of a long shot but wondered if anybody has been involved in arranging a visit FROM china for a working partner, naturally he will need to arrange it all from his side but im trying to gauge an idea of how long it will take him to arrange, I need him over here for a few days asap
It should take 2-3 weeks for a permitted engagement (short term business) visa. You'll need to provide a letter inviting them & they will have to submit bank details etc. We've had partners over from China and India who have gone through this route.
