App/software to organise staff on weekly basis ...

Any suggestions ? Im using Gantt Project Manager (as recommended on here) for our diary and project planning, but could use a simple weekly based app.

For example I have a few different engineers doing different jobs each day.. I just need something that lets me create schedule i.e. Engineer a) 8:00 go to this job, 10:00 go here... etc

I manage 14 electricians on multiple jobs a week using Google Calendars with a different calendar for each operative (which they can also view on their tablet)

Then I use Trello for managing all the job statuses.

Works well however if you're not already tied into expensive software then Jobber is worth a look!

Google calander we already use although just for my own diary...

Is it possible for each operative to have their own google diary, but for mines to have all theirs on display ? i.e. I don't need to log into everyones gmail to set their diary ?

That would work well...

Yes, I have 14 electricians calendars, a calendar for agency, a calendar for subbies and then we have four office staff with their own calendars.

Each electrician with an issued tablet can see their own calendar, email, etc.

The four office staff can see and edit everyones calendars. I make changes almost every hour and we've been using it for over a year now with no problems.

They each have a Google drive too so they can upload pictures from jobs, test and inspections etc. They also have tablet based certification software (easycert)

I've looked at most solutions and have given up to the fact that the only thing that does what I want for my type of company, will need to be made. Unfortunately I don't have the time/money/inclination to make it just yet so am making do with Google!
