Organising Job Leads....

Im looking for a simple app or similar to help organise job leads, What do you use for your business?
We are taking sometimes 20+ leads per day, which is a lot to deal with for our fairly small business/industry.
Problem is, some are getting lost and not followed up properly...
Current system is simply, lead comes in from variety of places, Facebook, email, website contact forms, phone etc etc... Details are wrote down on paper, paper but in basket to be processed to the "appointment made" tray... Im just looking for a way to computerise this, and perhaps start sending follow up emails etc to each lead, and even months down the line, automated newsletters etc.
Im using "Jobber" as recommended by someone on here which is working really well, but it doesnt really take care of initial job leads an follow up stuff etc. Once we are issuing a quote, jobber comes into its own. Great program, but I don't really want to put every potential lead into Jobber at that stage.

It's a shame jobber doesn't do quite what you require as inevitably when you add another system things start start to get more complex. I guess a more sales focussed CRM tool is what you need. Pipedrive seems to get recommended a lot here. Zoho, Capsule and Base are some others but there are many more.
