Any Southampton Business PHer's?

[StangGT]

Hi folks,

I was looking for views of S'ton PHer's on the future for their fair city.

I am looking at a commercial property down there which looks good on paper, but I'm not a local so I don't have local insight...

Is it a city that's going places commercially?

It's office space fwiw...

Many thanks
