It's a tough area to cover, but if we can help we will.

I'm tied up for a couple of days, but if you call 01924 278222 and ask for Tom or Shaun they will go through it with you.

What insurance is available against fraud etc.

ie against fraudulent payments, or people saying they've returned an item but haven't.

Can anyone recommend anyone too?
Fraud - you develop a spider sense but if its over your floor limit do what I used to do and refund 1 to 10p to the card, call or message the customer and ask what has been refunded (do this nicely explain floor limit and its to safeguard both of us etc) if they can tell you the refund amount its as kosher as anything will be, if they dont get back to you its self explanatory. Dodgy buyers tend to buy things that dont go together or are just odd.
On returns they return is their responsibility until it reaches you, however it MUST say this on the return form and in your terms. If you collect the return its your responsibility so make sure its an insure carrier.
If you mean they buy a camera and ask for a return putting a stone in the box then this is mainly hearsay as it never ever happened to me on website sales BUT does happen via Amazon FBA at busy times (when checks are scarce)
