ThemeForest has reviews from purchasers.

The problem is that there are new themes coming out everyday, so you'd have your work cut out.

Plus, what would you get out of it?

Lot of work IMO.

We've worked with loads, until you get under the bonnet you don't really know.

I know the frustration all too well. Often you find a great theme then find it's a nightmare to work with once you've bought it.

Template monster has a Q and A section. Not reviews as such, but maybe takes it a little bit further.

so how would you review a theme I buy with the xxx plugins I might choose to install?
as a theme purchaser who buys based on your review but then struggles with an esoteric plugin I choose, all I will remember is that your review said that it was a perfect 5star theme, but it is not working for me (even though the plugin may be the issue!)
