Clothes manufacturers - buying direct?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone could help. I work in education and we've been getting a PE kit from a local supplier. Things have not been going well though and prices are far from cheap, considering what tops and shorts can be bought for from other high street shops.

Question is: does anyone use or know of a reputable manufacturer (from any Country!) which we could approach about making the PE kits and supplying direct to us?
