Cost/Price Per Lead for Property / Real Estate

Anyone deal with lead generation for property?

We've been approached by a couple of niche "estate agents" to advertise with us and looking to do this on a CPL basis. We'll collect personal details on our site and forward them on (with explicit permission to do so), so looking for an appropriate fee to do so.

Any pointers or accepted norms?
