Director and Officer liability insurance

I had a meeting yesterday for annual insurance renewal, new for us, Directors & Officers with Zurich, and we're also adding Loss Recovery with Lorega as a sensible bit of extra protection that doesn't cost a fortune

We get our D&O through Hiscox and have been happy with the service.

Loss recovery is a must if you have any material damage or business interruption cover. It's the bit that makes sure the insurers pay enough, fast enough. Lorega are the best guys for it. Started by and old pal of mine. Good team run by good people.

I would second Hiscox. Easy to buy online, prices seem reasonable and policy and terms documents are easy to understand. I've never had to claim anything against our policy though.
