new branch opening - phone system and other points

~Hi Guys,

we are expanding at a rapid rate of knots still, and an opportunity has presented itself to open another branch.

This is going to be a toe in the water in a new geographical area so we are trying to keep commitment and costs to a minimum for the first 12-18m whilst it gains traction.

New office will be for 2-3 people in spare space in another companies offices which includes 80mb broadband with fixed ip, services and rates. Given the broadband strength we are looking at VOIP for the phones, but have no idea who is good/bad at this.

Our requirements are:

2-3 users
be able to transfer calls to each other in the office
local geographic number would be nice
call recording would be nice too
all could based would be nice too

I'm hoping there is someone on PH who knows more about this than us
