Longford Clazey Engineering

Or shall i just go back to work...

Any thought appreciated

Dan
I think "Dan" is a bit vague, and "Or Shall I Just Go Back To Work..." is a little confusing.

I suggest "Any Thought Appreciated". Maybe add "& Sons" for a bit of gravitas.

Seriously though, the first one.

Although if only one of those is your surname, then people will forever be asking who the other person is. And whether he's better than you. wink

Online, Clazey is difficult. Is it Clazey, Clasey, Clasie, Clazie, Claysey, Clayzey etc? Go for something that doesn't need spelling out.

Personally I would just go for something like
Longford Engineering

Longford Classic Restorations?

What about bringing in a second name to make it something like:

Longford & Reedsdale Restorations?

Longford & Chapman Coachworks?

I like this and as long as that's all you are going to do (work on classic restorations) that's fine but if you ever want to branch out inot something else the name will be limiting.

Also, think about your website address, what will it be? ww.longfordclassicrestorations.co.uk is a lot to type and particularly so for an email address.

I would go for something a bit shorter. Long email addresses suck.

I think that Longford Ltd is more than good enough. Also a quick search suggests that www.longford.co.uk is not taken. Longford.com is gone. Agree that any inclusion of Clazey only raises spelling questions and mistakes when people search for you online.

Panel Perfection seems perfectly fine by me, why do you feel the need to change it?

Perfection Coachwork carry that brandong forward but allow you to capitalise on the image of Coachwork as a high-end bespoke product.

I would go with Clazey Longford Coachworks, or maybe drop the "C" from Clazey for added effect.
Aye, make your business sound like lazy...

That'll bring the customers rolling in.

How about Longford Fabrications? It's not too specific and it comes with the added advantage of having the domain name www.longfordfabrications.co.uk (and/or .com) available, which Panel Perfection doesn't.
