Got my Ltd company running several months ago but I'm now starting a different bolt on business. I'll probably trade as rather than the hassle of a second Ltd company.
I'm looking for thoughts on using 'guys' in the name, as 5 Guys burgers do. In my case it's high end welding equipment. Something like 'Weld Guys' as an example.
Too modern or American? Sexist?

Currys/PC World used to use Tech Guys as one of their offerings. It now seems to be called KnowHow. Maybe see if you can find out what their reasoning was for changing it - might give you some ideas.
