Gold Seal form template

Hi all,

Hoping you can help, I have been asked to provide a 'Gold Seal' for a well known department store for products we are supplying but I do not really know what it is? They cannot supply an example and I cannot find anything online.

almost slightly higher end! or at least they think they are! thanks, yes I saw that which helps but unless I have missed something does not really tell me what is in a Gold Seal form or whatever it is

The problem is that "Gold Seal" means something different to each customer. Only their QA/Purchasing/Procurement people know what it actually means to them.

Give us a clue who it is?

thanks Marshalla, was trying to hint , old store in London large and expensive...
