I need to schedule a get together in London for a couple of software developers so I'm looking for recommendations for a daily office rental. It can be very basic - really just need desks and chairs, whiteboard, and internet connection. Preferably within easy reach of Euston. There are myriad hits on google, just wondering if anyone has any first hand experience and can recommend something cost effective for the day (loitering in coffee shops / hotel lobbies isn't an option)

Some hotels offer small meeting rooms.

Have Regis anything locally?

Workspace?

Their offer would fit the tech scene (trendy stripped out buildings), they have a number of locations around London?

I have used Regus quite a bit over the last year. If you download the app you can browse by location and cost. I booked a day office last week in the city for £70 +vat. It actually had three desks in it so would have suited your needs.

What I did a few years ago was become a member of the BCS, used to be the British Computer Society. They vhave a drop in office in Southampton Street just off the strand. They have proper meeting rooms, but also touchdown tables & desks. Power/internet tea & coffee supplied & an easy walk from Covent Garden/Temple/Charing Cross tubes. Membership depending on level is £100 or so, Dell pay it for me as part of my Professional recognition costs.
