When buying a secondhand business vehicle, under registered keeper do I still put my name, or just add business name, or both.

Google didn't help - probably because it is such a easy question, but I'd be grateful for someone pointing out the bleeding obvious. Thanks! paperbagreadit

Business name if it's bought in the business.

By business do you mean a limited company? That's a separate entity.

If you're a sole trader you and it are the same thing.

Yes, LTD. I can see the place for business name but the way the boxes are laid seem to suggest they want a person's name too. So I was suddenly unsure whether to add one. I'd be the main (but not sole) driver of it, but ultimately the business would own it.

Thanks!

I have just had a look in the file of V5's for our vans and they are all in the company name (ltd company)

Thanks. Just checking.

I was concerned that it might be a car rather than a commercial vehicle.
