Project/task/calander management

Hope someone has conquered this, as I have spent HOURS online and cant find a bit of software with an iOS app that seems to do what we want. Cost isn't a major factor if it works, but a single solution (i know we can do what we wanted using numerous different apps)with a decent desktop interface and mobile app for guys out and about would make life so much easier, and I cant believe our requirements are that unusual.

We have six staff at the moment

Must have
iOS app for on and offline use.
Diary management
Task/job management
Project management
Ability for customers to raise requests directly from facebook or our website

Would be nice if it had:
Quotation/invoicing
time management (ie time spent on site etc)

Google calanders are brilliant, but task and to do lists arent.

Evernote is OK for projects but doesnt cover diary and day to day tasks, site visits, support calls etc.

Please help, its driving me nuts that some of the guys have a whiteboard and notepads and others are using their own electronic systems so the amount of time being wasted is huge.

Trello is best for project management

I'd say Trello, but some prefer Slack.

I'm not sure there's one product that does it all, but here's a couple that might get quite close - Jobber and Asana. Jobber is more targeted towards on-site work and Asana more of a project tool.

It certainly doesn't cover all bases, but have you tried Basecamp?
