Recommendation for graphic designer

I have an advert for my company going live on a website starting early October and need an ad making to put on their website. Must be high quality (No Fiverr specials!) and 250 x 300 pixels.
If any one can help or recommend someone please let me know.

It's one of the few things on Fiverr that actually may turn out OK, I have seen a couple of guys there that put out decent work

I have used it before and it's been ok, but I did have an idea on a design last time I used Fiverr.

This one I would like a designer to have a play around with it and see what they can do, it will be seen by a lot of people so I need the advert to look good quality.

Il have a look through Fiverr, maybe I can find someone and pay them extra to get it spot on.

Speak to Jean at Jeanius Design, she's a great graphic designer, this sort of thing is right up her street. Tell her James @ The Code Company recommended her.

What is your budget? my GF is a full time graphic designer and freelances. I would be happy to put you in touch. She charges £50 p/h freelance. id imagine something like your asking is one hour or under work.
