Marketing Plan + Consultant

Trying to keep brief:
We manufacture in the UK our own design / range of products. They are very niche but are the best quality in the world, hands down great stuff.
We have no marketing staff and no sales staff. All of our business is organic or word of mouth. The last brochure we made was 5 years ago.
My frustration has been for a while not being able to put together a cohesive plan of action and us (the team) then sticking to it without going off on tangents.
I don't mean randomly creating a website or a few flyers at a whim but having the skills to truly understand the market, what we do and put in place short-long term structures that really make an impact not tweak around the edges.
I would be happy to pay for someone to do this or help us but have no idea where or what to look for?

Appreciate the offer but what do you do exactly, and have you got any references of clients you work with now?
I'm a Strategy Consultant, 25yrs+ experience, plenty of references, just finished 3yrs contract @ JLR Head Office. My website is somewhat out of date but gives you an overview.

You might find an interim/consultant who would be interested in working on a plan, and then having refesh/review sessison as follow up over the next 6 months as well as tracking the results/ROI.
