Website T&C - getting them written
Discussion
Currently relaunching a personalised jewellery ecommerce website, and want to make sure the T&C are properly written and take into account all current legislation etc.
I have downloaded some T&C from Simply Docs (template site) but all of their T&C, whilst looking good, seem to cater much more for regular ecommerce (pack and ship) but selling personalised products / customised products does have a different slant on things, particularly in the areas of cancellation / right of return etc.
Whilst the Simply Docs T&C would suffice, I don't think they are clear enough in this area...
So can you recommend someone / recommend a 'template' which can be used for T&C of a website almost exclusively selling personalised / custom pieces, which would be legal and above board with all current legislation?
Yes, we could find a similar website and borrow their T&C, but that's not how it should be done!

We often find T&C templates to be useful however you often have to combine a few to cover all bases.
