Ltd company removing director and shareholder buyout

looking into buying out my business partner and just wanted to ask a few questions of those more knowledgable


is it as simple as agreeing a price with my business partner striking a deal and filing a TM01 and completing a stock transfer form?

I assume this can be done online by myself or should it go through my accountant

Will there be any consideration for the purchase of the shares?

What is the value of the shares you plan to buy?

There may be Capital Gains Tax issues for the person selling the shares.
