Competitor Analysis & Client Feedback

Hi we sell a niche financial product (well service) been doing it for years and a consistent client base and workload, we don't advertise much (if not at all) and we do not publicly quote our prices but do list our services (not prices) on the web, work we do is also confidential


But we are starting to notice the market change...

We are trying to gauge what our competitors charge in regards to prices and turnaround, we don't have many direct competitors and like us their prices are not advertised. Googling "Competitor Analysis" shows lots of companies offer what we want , are there any that PH recommend that can specifically gauge how much competitors charge and their turnaround time?

Alternatively I was thinking of engaging our current clients for some feedback and getting them to complete feedback questionnaires to ascertain what we are good at in their eyes and ways in which we could improve on, anyone done this before? Is it dancing with the devil?
