Messed up on a wordpress purchase, ability to cancel?

Bought a package yesterday which I don't think I need, what are my chances of a refund? Zero I'm guessing

probably zero - how will the seller know that you haven't just copied / downloaded it and want to return it for a refund and keep a copy? It is why software has exclusions in terms of your legal rights...

Wordpress, as in a hosting package? Or a theme etc?
As a person or as a business?

Bought the full business package a day ago. On my account/plan page I noticed a cancel-refund button. Have you checked?

How did you balls it up? I think it's the dog's bks.
