We're bringing our business development in house and need a cloud based CRM to keep on top of our prospects.

We need:

Integration with Outlook office 365.

Ability to sync with mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.

Records up to 400 (niche sector).

Only two users required at present.

And most importantly, it needs to be simple to use. Last time we looked at Salesforce, it looked completely overkill for what we need.

Any suggestions welcome.

TIA.

We use Zohopeople. Not sure of it's full capability, but probably worth a look.

Capsule will work for what you need.

We looked at loads of different options, some free, some paid - settled on Capsule because it is simple and does all you need.

If you have the business premium version of Office 365 then I understand there's a new lightweight CRM that will be offered for free called Outlook Customer Manager. Key advantage is full integration with Outlook/365.

There's a degree of lock-in with any CRM!

Confused by the Capsule recommendations. Make no mistake it's a great product (I use it myself), but the OP asked for 365 integration which I don't believe Capsule currently offers without resorting to 3rd party tools. Zoho CRM does have some 365 integration though. It really depends how joined-up it all needs to be, but personally I think integration is a fairly major factor of any CRM.

Sorry I missed the 365 requirement. I just copy and paste anything important generally.

Having now had a play with Capsule, 365 integration doesn't seem particularly essential anymore.

Trialling for 30 days and seeing how we get on. Thanks again for everyones input.
