Outsourced Colour Printing

Looking to engage the PH hive mind for information.

I work for a large organisation with 300+ locations (UK), all with only black and white printers. We are looking for a solution to outsource colour printing such that a user can upload their document, select the various options and have it arrive by post within a couple of days.

I note that there are various sites offering this, but none seem particularly 'enterprise ready'. The solution would clearly need good central administrative and reporting functionality.

Anyone with any experience?
