Cofounder needed for social media car business/project

I am wondering where to look for a partner/cofounder to assist in a small business I am looking at starting.

It is a business focussed on cars and social media so someone uber passionate about both is a must.

Does anyone have any ideas or websites where I could find someone?

I think you need to find someone you know. Any business with joint people working on it or owning it is heavily reliant on relationships. Or find someone you can employ, even if its through one of the website portals you can sue to access cheap 'labour'.

Hi Guys, after a few up and downs I have finally got the project live, there is still a few bugs and bits and pieces I am working on but would appreciate any constructive pointers.

Seems quite slow to load on mobile. It isn't really obvious what service the site offers and some of the images are not cropped/scaled properly to fit the boxes.
