Does anyone have any experience of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Leadership and Management Development Programme?

An opportunity at work has come up to take part from level 2 to 7 and I'd like to hear people experience outside of the usual information.

I have very little management experience so think it could be good for my progression.

Yeah it's free. Once past the selection process of course

there is a small chance of there being nothing to gain.. but you wont know that till you do it
