Thick wall nylon tube

Hi, can anyone advise if 30mm OD Nylon 6 tube with 6-8mm bore is available off the shelf please?

OD isn't set in stone, could work with 27-35mm. I don't want to have custom extrusions made at this stage, so definitely looking for off the shelf availability.

That's a tiny bore for that size of tube. The closest I know made is 30OD x 15ID.

How long is the finished part? Can it be bored out of rod?

I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue but if I could avoid that process it would be preferable.

However rod looks like the only viable solution. have been getting ridiculous quotes to have the part turned from even mild steel (needs to be 300mm long with a bore of 6-8mm).

That's a good idea, but you would probably want to use PVC rather than Nylon, from a stickability point of view.

You could use 30 x 10 PVC hollow rod and some 10 x 8 25 bar PVC tube.

Thanks for those suggestions, that could well be the lowest cost option.
