Dont want to give to much away but legally can I sell stuff from a van parked in a public car park?

Would be based around tourists so not a permanant fixture just a "nice" days type of thing.

No - unless you obtain the required permissions.

Well it *might* not be public, its used as the carpark for my work (pub/resturant) so it might belong to them, however we do have public toilets which we are paid by the gov to keep open so I assume the car park is public?

What would be the required permissions?

If it's public, you'll need a Street Trading Licence. If it's private, you'll need the landowner's permission.

And the landowner will require a permit to allow trading from the car park.
