Online T&Cs Signing - any recommendations?

Looking for a service where can send t&c's via email or a link and someone can sign online electronically to agree to them.

Its for wedding and parties and at the moment we email them out, client has to print and post back which is a bit of a pain for them.

Any recommendations, I have looked at Adobe but its not user friendly for people who are not great with computers.
