Trade Counter Rules

We've got a unit which is classified as class 4/5/6 up in Scotland (info on those use classes can be found here for anybody that's interested: http://bit.ly/2mJO5XU).
We're looking at putting a trade counter in. We're not going to have any products on display and the area occupied will be less than 130 sq ft in a warehouse of a few thousand sq ft. It's mostly going to be people coming in and booking a service to be carried out or perhaps just buying a few items from us so they can do it themselves and possibly a click and collect type service in future.
Are there any particular rules we need to watch out for as most of our stuff is going to be of interest to the general public rather than the trade? (although I think the same could be said of the Screwfix down the road which has a trade counter with both sales being made there and via click and collect)
