We are looking to change as we've been with XLN for long enough and I wonder if i'm getting the best deal, It's only basic internet and calls, nothing fancy or excessive.

I just had a call from some Indians called 'Uniplus Telecom' who would not get off the phone, they offered a really cheap deal (£20.98 + VAT PM), but wanted to sign me up there and then stating I could get out within 2 weeks if I wanted, but I decided not to even though it was roughly a third of what I pay now. They were really pushy and the only review I could find was here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/uniplustelecom.co...
Which didn't sound good, I asked if I would keep my number and they said yes. They wouldn't send me any info through the post or email, just high pressure sales talk.

Main question is does anyone know any good deals at the moment or who are you with if you have a good deal, but also, has anyone used a domestic contract at a commercial address?

Vonage are about £17p/m for unlimited calls. We're having a couple of issues with transferring calls to external numbers but apart from that it's been pretty efficient.

I've never had any issues with BT so rang them up, chap was very polite and helpful so I transferred to them and saved £27pm.
We then looked at my other home and mob which I have with them too, modified it a bit and wrapped it into a bundle so saved some more there too.
Happy chappie, thanks for the advice. smile

When we started our business we were with XLN because they were cheap. However after our head office broadband went down, it took them 2 weeks to sort it. After that I paid the cancellation fee on all my stores and moved to BT so, if I have a problem you can actually speak to the company who is involved with fixing the faults. For head office, we now have a dedicated lease line and get £500 per hour if our service is out longer than 4 hours. Thankfully we haven't had a reason to claim yet.
