Business fleet insurance

I've used NIG in the past and they were [just about] OK with insuring two company vehicles on a mini-fleet policy.
From speaking with our broker at the time, it seemed that 3 or more vehicles on a fleet was worth the business with many insurers not especially interested in quoting for just a couple of company vehicles.
I seem to recall them talking about making commercial vehicle insurance more readily available online which, if that's happened, may have increased the number of insurers happy to cover just one or two company owned vehicles. Not sure whether that's happened or not - maybe make a call to a broker to see how things stand ?
