Marketing Agency Recommendation Req'd
Discussion
Recently undergone some rebranding work with the other half's business, - bringing various brands together, new website launch, etc.
It is a personalised jewellery / gifting business, selling direct as well as via channels such as Not On The High Street and John Lewis.
Goal is to drive more business direct (particularly as NOTHS are having a few 'issues' at the moment) and we had engaged with what seemed like an 'OK' online marketing 'agency' to make sure Google analytics, adwords, Facebook advertising etc., was all setup and performing as it should.
However, the key person there is ill, and has been for weeks now, to the point they can't effectively manage their clients' business - and this has come just at the time we were looking to analyse everything so far and work out a strategy going forward! So we are now looking for suggestions for another online marketing agency to take the reigns, look at what we have in place, make whatever budget changes / recommendations they think will work, and then probably set and drive the strategy forward.
Obviously I can Google and find any number of companies, but I was after personal recommendations from people you've used / trust.

Hi - we have just started working with a marketing grad (got a 2:1 expecting a first) who specialises in social media, in my years online she is the most astute and analytically driven person I have come across and she freelances at reasonable day rate - PM me if for her details
Secondly maybe supplement your sales with an Amazon prime strategy which if done correctly will result in Amazon paying your PPC and doing your search results and online presence a world of good if you have 15% spare margin (I guess you do as NOTHS take roughly that).
I am happy to tell you what to do on Amazon on a phone call, you dont need to pay anyone to do it if you have some time spare.

I'm a partner at Brand links we launched NOTHS online and helped turn them from a DM based company into a fast growth online and TV based business if you want an initial chat happy to help.
Kind regards
