International Pallet Shipping Recommendations

Hi,

The first time I have done this sort of shipping, but I need to airship a pallet from Droitwich to Johannesburg, South Africa.

Dimensions: 80 x 60 x 65cm
Weight: 38kg

Value of the goods going is £2k so needs insurance

Any companies or parcel broker sites recommended?

Well your pallet is smaller than a standard air freight container or pallet so you'll end up paying for unused volume.

Can the dimensions be changed to suit pallet/container sizes? Are the contents boxed or packaged or loose on a pallet? Do you have the time in hand to book the consignment through a consolidator? The freight arm of DHL are worth a shout if your time sensitive.

If you can't consolidate then approaching the air cargo arm of BA, SAA or Emirates makes sense.

Try rand freight forwarders, air freight worldwide or broker wise transglobal. We've used Rand a few years ago ship to UAE.
