Brand / eatery design agency or general graphic designer..?

Planning to start up a new eatery soon.

As the location and concept we are trying to get is key we also want our branding and design of the store to be done correctly the first time around..

Also the larger landlords are not entertaining us at the moment as they think that it's just a fly on the wall request etc and somwant some concept plans ..

In getting the brand, feel and look of what we want onto the paper should I go to specialist restaurant designers or would more general graphic designers be able to provide what we want..

Anyone have any recommendations of companies or agencies who can provide this?
